Between promoting her upcoming film “catastrophe Movie” and cutting her foot open in her hotel room, it has been a busy and eventful week for Kim Kardashian.  And now she’s back safe and sound in Los Angeles.

the Kardashians” hottie was spotted along with her mom Kris Jenner, and sisters Kourtney and Khloe as they arrived at LAX worldly Airport last night (August 26) to find a bevy of fans and paparazzi waiting for them.
